What if the build doesn't meet our requirements?
We define requirements in detail before development begins—documented in a shared scope agreement. If something doesn't work as specified, we fix it. No ambiguity, no extra charges for spec'd features.
How long does a typical build take?
Most stores launch in 8–12 weeks, depending on catalog size, integration complexity, and design requirements. We'll give you a realistic timeline during scoping—not an optimistic guess.
How involved does our team need to be?
We need access to a decision-maker for approvals and someone who understands your product catalog and operations. Expect 2–3 hours per week during active development, more during the first two weeks of scoping
What happens after launch?
We offer ongoing support plans, but we also document everything so you're not locked in. Your team—or another agency—can maintain and extend the store without reverse-engineering our work.
