Do hours expire?
Hours are valid for 12 months from purchase. That's plenty of time for most teams. If you're getting close to expiration with hours left, we'll work with you to use them effectively.
What counts as an hour?
Actual development time. We track work in 15-minute increments. You'll see exactly how long each task took in your reporting. We don't pad hours or charge for back-and-forth communication.
How fast do tasks get done?
Most small tasks are completed within 2–3 business days. Larger requests may take a bit longer. If something is urgent, let us know—we'll do our best to prioritize.
Can multiple people on my team submit tasks?
Yes. You can have as many people submit requests as you need. We'll coordinate everything and keep one central log of completed work and remaining hours.
What happens when my hours run out?
We'll let you know when you're getting low. You can top up anytime with another package. No interruption, no hassle. And if you decide not to continue, there's no penalty—just use what you have.
