What if the app doesn't work as expected?
We define acceptance criteria before development starts. If the app doesn't meet those criteria, we fix it at no additional cost. We also run testing in a staging environment before anything touches your live store.
How long does custom app development take?
Simple apps with limited scope typically take 4–6 weeks. More complex projects—multi-system integrations, checkout customizations, or apps with admin interfaces—usually run 8–12 weeks. We'll give you a realistic estimate after scoping.
How much involvement is required from our team?
We need someone who understands the business logic we're automating and can make decisions on edge cases. Expect a few hours per week during scoping and development, plus availability for testing before launch.
What happens after the app is live?
We provide full documentation and a handoff session so your team—or another developer—can maintain the app. We also offer support retainers if you prefer ongoing assistance. Either way, you own the code and aren't dependent on us.
