About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our product team. This is a full-time, fully remote role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to help define, build, and scale E-commerce solutions used by real businesses every day.

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll support the entire product lifecycle—from research and discovery to development, launch, and iteration. You’ll help turn customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and ensure products are delivered with quality and purpose.

This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


What You’ll Do

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to define and execute product initiatives

Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions

Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and gaps

Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation

Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

Track product performance and help optimize features post-launch

Ensure alignment across teams to deliver meaningful, user-focused outcomes


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in product management, digital products, or E-commerce platforms
  • Experience with or exposure to market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus is a strong plus
  • Passion for building intuitive user experiences and driving measurable business impact
